NOTICE, they do not come with the outside UPPER adjustment screw. This is crucial to have so save the old ones if you have them. One of mine was broken in a wreck.A thorough search located one, but they are very rare and factory discontinued. I ordered two just to have two new ones and spread the flat shipping over two items.I had recently wrecked my Mazda pickup and was needing a drivers side headlight. After calling around to local junkyards with no luck I decided to check online. I found this headlight and bought it and I'm glad I did. This came with all mounting hardware and even the headlight bulb. The lens was crystal clear and everything worked as it should.Okay well I do not write many reviews, but this purchase I just had to. The headlights are crystal clear. My old ones were 18 years old and had been cleaned and "restored" a few times by me. Just thought it was time for new ones. I am not disappointed.
