TYC 20-5813-00 Passenger Side Headlight Assembly Replacement for Chevrolet Cavalier - Perfect for Night Driving & Foggy Conditions

I read the 2 good reviews for these headlights so I placed the order, as per usual the ordering/delivery process went smoothly, and I put them in a couple days ago.Wowee, these things are horrible! I almost wonder if mine were built wrong, its like the reflector on the back of the light was put in upside down ( you couldn't do that , but it sure seems like it ). There isn't much light hitting the ground, streaks instead of a nice pool. Overall the light pattern is cone shaped ( it was clearly visible on the foggy morning we had the other day ). From about 40 yards away I lit up the whole back side of my neighbors 2 story house, and there is so much light going out the sides the big amber street signs are uncomfortably bright as I go by. I cranked the vertical adjusters so far down the front edge of the light was visibly pulled in, and I turned the horizontal adjuster to the point it popped loose. The light dispersion looks similar to what I got when I put an HID kit on the stock headlights, except for the pool of light in front of the car. I subsequently moved the HID's to my foglights.I had Silver Star Ultras in the stock headlights, and I replaced the bulbs that came in these with Phillips Extreme +80, bright, and nice color ( but not quite a white as the Sylvanias ), and from what I read should last a good while longer.If you buy these lights hopefully your results will vary, I have already done the return paperwork for mine.I have bought and installed the TYC brand in both a 2001 & 2002 Chevy Cavalier (same part #'s). These lamp assemblies are OEM quality and will save you hundreds of dollars on replacement. It's cheaper to purchase these new lamp assemblies over a 3M or "other" lens polishing kit, which I have done and regretted, hence why I elected to purchase the lamp assemblies.Great quality. Fits perfect. Shines bright.Very satisfied. It looks so good and works so well I am going to order a replacement for the other side.
